Two cards are dealt face down to each player and five community cards are dealt face up in the center of the table. Each player makes their best possible hand from 5 cards on the board (community cards) or in the pocket (two hole cards dealt to them).
The pot gets split between the best high hand and the best low hand. You must have an 8 or better to qualify for low and you must use 2 hole (pocket) cards and 3 up cards to make your hand. Different card combinations can be used for the high end and the low end.
Omaha
This game is a variation of Hold'em that is played with four down cards. Players are each dealt four cards face down and five community cards are dealt face up in the center of the table. Any combination of two pocket cards and 3 board cards must be used to make your best poker hand. You are restricted to using exactly 2 hole (pocket) cards to make your hand.
Each player is dealt two cards face down and a third card face up. Bet. Three rounds of one card face up are dealt with betting after each round. One round of the final and seventh card face down is dealt. Bet. In the showdown, each players makes their best poker hand out of any combination of the seven cards dealt to them.
Each player gets one concealed card and four exposed cards.

A form of poker in which each player receives five cards and then has the option of discarding one or more of them and receiving new cards in their place.
This game is essentially the same as Texas Hold'em but players are dealt three pocket cards up front. After the betting round on the flop each player must discard one card.
This version of Seven Card Stud has a twist. The player with the lowest hand wins the pot. Straights and flushes are not counted so the best possible hand is 5-4-3-2-A.
